Please refer to the instructions outlined below to begin online booking with us. Online booking privileges are dependent upon following these guidelines.

Exceptions for Online Booking

There are some services that require special attention when scheduling appointments. Certain booking situations cannot be scheduled online. If you are having a challenge scheduling an appointment, it does not necessarily mean that the service or service provider is not available. In this event, please call us at 03-77257286 during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday 10:30am to 8:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10:30pm to 7:00pm - our team will be happy to assist you with all of your questions and scheduling needs.

How to Book Your Online Appointment:

Step 1: Access our website at www.peekaboo.com.my

Step 2: Click once on the Online Booking tab in the upper right-hand of the screen.

Step 3: Follow the steps on the screen by choosing the type of service you would like to book for yourself, then the service*. You have two options; you can choose your service by our professional stylist’s or by our gen-p stylist’s.
*Please Note: It is important that you choose the correct service that you wish to book. There will be a description appear on the right of your screen for every services listed.

Step 4: Choose the outlet/stylist you would prefer to see. Take note that our professional stylist’s only available at TTDI and The Curve whereas our gen-p stylist’s will only be at Sunway Metro and Kota Damansara.

Step 5: Date and time available will appear after you have chosen your stylist and only 3 appointments hours obtainable for each stylist.

Step 6: Choose the time you are available to come in. Once you have choose your time, it will bring you to Peek-A-Boo account registration.

Step 7: Once you’ve completed your account registration, you will be redirected to PayPal (an E Bay Company).

Step 8: If you’ve never used PayPal before, you’ll need to sign up and complete a short registration (there is no charge to use this service).

Step 9: You will receive an e-mail confirmation from PayPal after the transaction has been successfully completed.

Step 10: Please print out your conformation of payment and bring along during appointment day as proof of booking. If you can’t print it out, you may give us your transaction ID which  stated on the upper right of your conformation of payment e-mail.

*You will receive a call within 3 days after your transaction to reconfirm your booking.

Peek A Boo reserves the right to adjust appointment times as needed and will notify you promptly. When you receive your confirmation e-mail your booking is complete. Please go through our Terms and conditions apply and thank you for choosing Peek A Boo as your online booking salon!
